I have called your store 7 times in the last 15 minutes, only to be hung up on by a "Greg" working the front desk every single time. I promptly called corporate to confirm there is no issue with my phone and he could hear me properly, had no issues speaking with them. I was just calling to see if you had a part available but couldn't get out what I was looking for before being hung up on each and every time by this associate. Feedback: Have your associates trained to place someone on hold, ask them to call back, I've worked retail, understand maybe you have a long line, a disgruntled customer in front of you, whatever the case - I would NEVER handled any situation by hanging up on a customer 7x in a row.
